2017 Thank You
It’s hard to put into words what this year has meant to Shadow Creek. We were so excited to enter 2016, our second year of hosting weddings, and never could we have imagined the incredible events that would take place here. As I look at our “Best Nine” collage it just takes my breath away. It is SO hard to even begin to try to write a blog post that could capture even a snapshot of all the inspiration and joy that we will forever remember. Please click the image collage below to see all the amazing vendors that contributed to our top posts this year on Instagram.
To begin, we thank our couples. Loudoun County is an amazing place to get married, from the wineries, to the historic parks, private estates, and resorts, we realize couples have so many amazing locations to pick from when designing their perfect day. We are truly honored when Shadow Creek is selected as the location for a wedding, reception, or both. The best part of our job, is meeting a newly engaged couple, who can picture themselves here on one of the greatest days of their life, and we thank each of you who have come through our doors, and those who will choose Shadow Creek as your venue in the future. We are so excited to host your wedding, as well as your family, and friends, as our guests too.
Of course a New Year post is not complete without thanking again, the amazing vendors we get to work with every single weekend. It’s not unusual for us to host up to three events over the course of a weekend, and the professionalism, creativity, and true perfectionism that comes through our doors makes our job easy. We have been blessed to work with so many talented, extraordinary individuals, from cake designers, to event planners, florists to catering, bands to hair and makeup, among so many other contributors, and we are so happy to call many of you friends. Thanks to the hard work of so many of you, our venue has been featured on beautiful industry blogs, won recognition, and continues to host more weddings than we could have imagined. We thank you all so much, and look forward to seeing you again in 2017.
Last but not least, we must thank God. Without his guidance and grace, none of this would be possible.
Happy New Year to each of you. We look forward to what 2017 has in store.
