When Should We Reserve Hitched For Our Event?
There is only one Hitched Bar available so we encourage you to reserve well in advance of your event to guarantee availability.
How Long Is The Rental?
Rentals are limited to one per day for an 8-hour block.
How Much Is The Rental Fee?
Couples marrying at Shadow Creek may rent Hitched for $500 dollars as an add-on to their event. We will tow Hitched Bar to any Loudoun location for $750.
Does Hitched Come With A Full Bar And Bartender?
No – We call it a “bar” but Hitched comes empty for you to do whatever you would like for your event. Let your imagination run wild!
Does The Trailer Have Power?
The trailer has electrical receptacles and hanging lights. A 100-foot extension cord is included and must be plugged in to provide power.
How Can We Use Hitched?
However you would like! Serve late night snacks to your guests (donuts anyone?) Set-up a photobooth, serve your signature cocktail, collect gifts, or just use as a prop! Anything you want goes, just don’t forget to tag us using #HitchedBar
